Sharing Programs & Workouts

Share your workout programs with friends or export workout data for safekeeping.

Premium Feature

Importing programs requires a Premium subscription. Exporting is available to all users.

Exporting a Program

Share any workout program as a compact code that can be pasted into messages, notes, or social media.

  1. Open the Programs tab
  2. Tap the program you want to share
  3. In the program editor, tap the Share icon in the top bar
  4. The program code is copied to your clipboard
  5. Paste it anywhere — text message, email, social media, notes app

The exported code looks like TA1P... followed by encoded data. It contains the full program definition including all segments, speeds, inclines, and durations.

Importing a Program

Receive a program code from someone and add it to your library.

Automatic (Clipboard)

  1. Copy the program code to your clipboard
  2. Open the Programs tab
  3. Tap the Download icon in the top bar
  4. If a valid program code is detected on your clipboard, it imports automatically

Manual (Paste)

If the clipboard doesn't contain a valid code, a text field dialog appears:

  1. Tap the Download icon in the top bar
  2. Paste the program code into the text field
  3. Tap Import

Name Conflicts

If a program with the same name already exists, you'll be asked to choose a new name before importing.

Exporting a Workout

Export a single workout record from your history.

  1. Open the History tab
  2. Find the workout you want to export
  3. Swipe right on the workout card
  4. The workout data is copied to your clipboard

Tip

Swipe left still deletes the workout, just like before. Swipe right to export.
