Treadmill Assistant is an unofficial third-party application, not affiliated with any treadmill manufacturer. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. Always use your treadmill's safety key and keep the emergency stop within reach.

Treadmill Assistant is your ultimate companion for treadmill workouts. Connect to your FitShow or FTMS-compatible treadmill, control it from your phone, and track your progress. Premium subscribers can also sync workouts to Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android), and back up data to iCloud or Google Drive.

Monitor real-time stats including speed, distance, time, calories, steps, heart rate, and incline. All your workouts are saved automatically. Health sync is available with Premium.

🎛 Control Your Treadmill

Adjust speed and incline directly from your phone. Start, stop, and control your entire workout without touching the treadmill panel.

📊 Custom Workout Programs (Premium)

Create multi-segment workout programs with varying speeds, inclines, and durations. Design your own personalized workouts.

🔧 Equipment Maintenance (Premium)

Track belt lubrication, belt replacement, and running shoe mileage to keep your equipment in top condition.

Health & Cloud Integration (Premium)

Sync workouts to Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android). Back up your data automatically with iCloud (iOS) or Google Drive (Android).

  2. Connect your treadmill - Pair via Bluetooth
  3. Start your first workout - Hit the track!

Supported Treadmills

Treadmill Assistant works with FitShow-compatible treadmills using the FTMS (Fitness Machine Service) Bluetooth protocol. While we tested only FitShow compatible treadmills, chances are an FTMS treadmill will work as well. If it does not, please get in touch with us and we'll see if we can add support for your device.
